All orders ship with tracking from southern NJ. You will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number -- this means that we have packaged your order & that it's on its way to the post office!
Understanding USPS First Class Shipping status updates:
Pre-transit: Typically our local post office scans in all packages at the end of the business day regardless of what time we mail the package. Until then, tracking will show as pre-transit.
In-transit: Between the time that your order leaves the South Jersey distribution center and your own local distribution center, tracking may or may not update.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery for a return or exchange. All returned items must be sent back in their original condition, unworn.
