We want you to be not just satisfied but thrilled about your Snarky Owl purchase!
Contact us within 3 days of delivery for a return or exchange. All returned items must be sent back in their original condition, unworn.
Contact us at TheSnarkyOwlWorkshop@gmail.com to notify us and to obtain our return address. Our return address is also printed on your original shipping label.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and you must ship the item back to us within 14 days of delivery.

The following items are NOT returnable/ exchangeable:
- -- Custom designs not regularly listed on our site
- -- Worn jewelry
- -- Orders beyond 14 days of tracked delivery date
You must ship the item back to us within 14 days of delivery. Please return using the dual-use EcoEnclose envelope and the jewelry box and tissue paper cushioning.
Use the carrier of your choice and return with a tracking number. We cannot credit you for returns that are not received by us unless you can provide proof of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs. In the rare case of a flaw or incorrect shipment, please contact us about the issue before you return.
We cannot be responsible for returns that don't arrive.
Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment used. Please allow 7 - 14 business days for your return/exchange to be processed.
