Shipping policy
Most of our pieces are ready-to-ship. We ship every day except Sunday. Ready-to-ship orders received by 11 p.m. will go out to the post office the next day.
Some of our pieces are made-to-order, and this is noted within the product description. Your jewelry will be made for you when we receive your completed order, and made-to-order items will ship within 2 to 4 days.
Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class. We ship from southern NJ; arrival times will vary according to your location. 3-5 days is typical for most of the continental US, but USPS First Class can take up to two weeks, especially during busy seasons or in extreme weather conditions. If you need your jewelry close to its estimated arrival date, please consider upgrading your shipping method at checkout!
All orders ship with tracking from southern NJ. You will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number -- this means that we have packaged your order & that it's on its way to the post office!
Pre-transit: Typically our local post office scans in all packages at the end of the business day regardless of what time we mail the package. Until then, tracking will show as pre-transit.
In-transit: Between the time that your order leaves the South Jersey distribution center and your own local distribution center, tracking may or may not update.
Estimated arrival date: Any estimates are computer-generated based on origin & destination zip codes. Please consider upgrading your shipping before purchase if arrival date matters!
Oh no! If an order arrives damaged, please send us photos to facilitate the postal claim.
Where is it?? First class shipping generally takes 3-5 days in transit, but can sometimes take up to two weeks, especially around the holidays. If tracking has not updated for quite some time, please contact us to facilitate a postal claim.
